U.S. Census Monitoring Board Presidential Members Report to Congress, April 2001

The CMB's semi-annual report to Congress. Since its Oct. 1, 2000 report, the CMB has been working to monitor, analyze & review the Census Bureaus' final results for Census 2000. In an effort to better understand the issues at hand, the CMB commissioned 9 research projects to analyze & evaluate the result of the 1990 undercount. The undercount & its effects had been identified by communities of interest. The findings of those research projects were published & public meetings were held around the country. Their summaries are included in this report.
