Benny Williams spent nine years as a member of the Nation of Islam under the leadership of Minister Louis Farrakhan. Benny advanced to become production manager of the N.O.I.’s newspaper, The Final Call, a lieutenant in the Nation of Islam’s military training, The Fruit of Islam, and a student in the Ministry Class.
