The Five Seasons of Love

Elizabeth Jackson is Visiting Assistant Professor of Portuguese at Wesleyan University. Having been an exchange student in Brazil, she pursued an academic career and obtained her Ph.D. in Portuguese language and literature from the University of Texas at Austin. She is co-translator of Patricia Galvão¿s 1933 novel Industrial Park (U Nebraska P, 1993). Most recently, she translated a collection of interviews for Working at Copan published by Cosac & Naify and is co-author of a revised edition of the textbook Português Básico para Estrangeiros under preparation for Yale University Press.
