Systemic Sociology

Systemic sociology is concerned with the nature of being a society and the nature, sources and limits of knowledge with regard to society. As examples of this the book begins with a discussion of two issues - the apparent disintegration of the joint family in India; and the emergence of Bangldesh. The author then deals with the ontology of sociology in light of the nature of social reality, examining interaction, social action, social behaviour, social relationship, social institution and social grouping.
