In March 1996, Congress passed the Small Bus. Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, which was intended to simplify the language of Fed. regulations affecting small business (SB)Ó & develop more accessible sources of info. on regulatory & reporting requirements for SB.Ó It requires agencies to publish one or more compliance guides (CG) for each rule for which the agency is required to prepare a final regulatory flexibility analysis.
