Stephen Colegrave's lifelong obsession with punk began in London in 1976. He received a degree in History from the University of London, played in several bands, and during the 1990s started the film production company The Mission, releasing the films Bring Me the Head of Mavis Davis and Everybody Loves Sunshine with David Bowie A graduate of St. Martin's College of Art, Chris Sullivan has worked as a club promoter, fashion designer, and style editor of GQ magazine. A freelance writer since 1999, Sullivan has contributed to The Face, Loaded, the Independent and the Times.
