The book is a practical, code-intensive guide to using XDoclet to develop Java applications. The general approach to writing the book will be concise descriptions of key concepts that are backed up with lots of code examples and step-by-step directions to set up attributes and generate support files.The book will use a small example application similar to the Model 2, Pet Store example found in Sun' s BluePrint (this is a similar approach to the one we took in "Java Tools for Extreme Programming).
