Dr. Doyle received a B.A. in Psychology from the Santa Clara University in 1969, and a Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 1974. After teaching part-time at Grossmont College and MiraCosta College, he became a founding member of the full-time faculty of Cuyamaca College in 1978. He continued to teach part-time at San Diego State University for over 25 years.
