Model and Design of a Constant Modulation Current Bias Circuit for Measuring the Small Signal Response of Semiconductor Lasers

The goal of this thesis was to design a constant modulation current bias circuit for measuring the single-pole, small-signal optical response of a semiconductor laser between 1MHz and 10Hz.
