Author: Rochelle O'Neal attended the University of Massachusetts (UMass), Amherst, MA, where she obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management in 1984. Rochelle also has a Master of Arts degree from Emerson College, Boston, MA.
