Lessons from a Golfer

Susan Lebel Young, psychotherapist in private practice and teacher of stress reduction, yoga and meditation, has been writing most of her life. She is a frequent contributor to the Reflections” column in the Portland Press Herald. Lessons is her first book. She received a B.A. from Middlebury College. After teaching elementary and adult education for 10 years she completed masters degrees in counseling and education. For three decades she has counseled individuals, couples and groups in medical and educational settings.
