Fred Rosner, M.D., F.A.C.P. is Director of the Department of Medicine of the Mount Sinai Services at the Queens Hospital Center and Professor of Medicine at New York's Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Rosner is an internationally known authority on medical ethics, He has served as Visiting Professor or lecturer throughout the United States and many other countries. J. David Bleich, Ph.D. is an internationally renowned authority in the field of bioethics.
