The basic definitions & properties of the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs) are introduced in the book. The IFSs are substantial extensions of the ordinary fuzzy sets. IFSs are objects having degrees of membership & of non-membership, such that their sum is exactly 1.
