Dr. Elizabeth A. Tuleja is Associate Director of the Wharton Communication Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance. She is responsible for developing, implementing and managing communication courses for the Wharton MBA for Executives. In addition, she oversees curriculum and training for non-native speakers of English. Dr. Tuleja was recently awarded the "Whatever It Takes Award" for her participation in team teaching in the Program. Before joining the teaching team at Wharton, Dr. Tuleja taught and consulted in many areas of management communication with a variety of clients and students, including international and domestic business professionals, adult continuing education students in business, and undergraduate and graduate students. She has also had a wide range of experience in programming and coordinating cross-cultural training and educational programs, including Leadership, Dynamics of Group Interaction, Intercultural Communication, Organizational Management, Managerial and Interpersonal Communication, and Public Speaking for Business Professionals Dr. Tuleja earned her Masters degree in Intercultural Communication and Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and has taught at Wharton for the last five years.
