Gunner An Illustrated History of World War II Aircraft Turrets and Gun Positions

Donald Nijboer is the co-author of Cockpit: An Illustrated History of World War II Aircraft Interiors. He is a freelance writer living in Toronto, where he currently teaches radio broadcasting at Humber College. A member of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, he has attended many of the world's major air shows and toured aviation museums in England, the United States and Canada. Photographer Dan Patterson has published many books on aviation history.
