Peter Coelho was born in California. His parents were from Brazil. Peter graduated from high school in 1998 and enrolled in the law enforcement program at the University of San Diego. Peter then joined the Los Angeles Police Department, and he decided to stay with the LAPD while he worked on other murder cases. During his time with the LAPD, Peter solved over fifteen cases within ten years.
