Fifth Volume of Story Line Press's annual anthology of student writing inspired by its Rural Readers Project. Since 1995, Story Line Press, through its Rural Readers Project, has organized and carried out more than 500 author visits to rural and small-town schools and libraries in every county in Oregon, Washington, Northern California, Idaho, and Arkansas. Published authors conduct workshops, discuss writing, and donate SLP books to students, teachers, and libraries. They also gather work for this anthology, published annually. Rachele Deininger is the Coordinator of the Rural Readers Project for Story Line Press.
