CMOS Digital Circuit Design (Self-Study Course)

This course introduces complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) microcircuit design with an emphasis on the physical implementation of integrated circuits (ICs). You will develop an understanding of the physical layers used in a CMOS process, and will learn how to layout CMOS circuits. You will also learn how to design basic CMOS digital logic.
