Robin Denise Johnson is an executive coach, author, and educator committed to helping people of color and women be more effective professionally and feel more empowered personally. Through her company, EQUEST Inc. and the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education programs office, she provides keynotes, workshops, education and leadership coaching in (Dance of) leadership styles, diversity, and multicultural awareness to corporate executives, managers, and educators. She is a graduate of Harvard (Ph.D. and Masters) and Brown University (B.A. International Relations), and has served on the faculties at the Darden School at the University of Virginia, University of California, Los Angeles and California Polytechnic University, Pomona. She designs and facilitates programs on leadership, diversity inclusion/multicultural awareness, and organizational behavior worldwide.
